Payment & Scheduling Policies

ALL CLIENTS MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE

  • We will still accept cash or checks by the 10th of each month. If payment has not been made by the 10th, then the card on file will be charged.

 

 

NO CARRY OVER SESSIONS

  • In order to continue not charging cancellation or rescheduling fees, all clients are expected to get ALL of their sessions in within the month that has been pre-paid. Make-up sessions need to be addressed prior to coming in or will be considered a walk-in. Special exceptions will still be made for health/injury-related reasons.

 

PRICE CHANGES

2 x per week = $300/month = $37.50 per session
3 x per week = $420/month = $35 per session
4 x per week = $520/month = $32.50 per session

 

Walk-In Group Rate = $55 per session

 

Individual Rate = $70 per session

Seasonal hours for group rates will begin:

August 1st – Thanksgiving, Monday – Thursdays 12pm – 7:30pm, and Saturdays 9am –12pm.

 

If you come for a session outside of these hours, you will be charged an individual rate. Winter and summer hours will be available at a later time. 

 

 

MAKE-UP SESSIONS

  • Seasonal hours do NOT mean Open Gym. The days/times you agree on are then assigned to you for the month. Any make-up or rescheduling needs to be addressed prior to coming in. If not, the session will be considered a walk-in or asked to reschedule.)

PRORATIONS

 

  • Prorations will still be available. However, in order to receive the group rate as listed above, the days that will be missed must be communicated by the 5th of each month. If a client comes in for an extra session during the prorated month, it is then considered a “walk-in” and will be charged as so.
